DISCOVERING OUR PURPOSE

We founded Grow twelve years ago—bringing together James’s entrepreneurial spirit with Laura’s creative vision. We discovered the perfect alignment of our skills and a shared passion for helping others thrive.

James’s journey started early, launching his first venture at just eight years old and helping businesses grow by the time he was seventeen.

Laura also started young, developing her people skills in retail before moving into design and marketing. Teaming up with James, her creativity became essential to Grow’s award-winning work and unique B2B approach.

Together, we became a formidable team.

THE ILLUSION OF SUCCESS

As we grew Grow, we poured ourselves into our clients, working tirelessly to help them succeed. We were generating millions in revenue for them, building a portfolio of incredible transformations and success stories.

But there was a problem: Despite helping others, we were losing sight of ourselves. We chased a vision of luxury—fine dining, exotic holidays, the life we thought we wanted—but the reality was high expenses, low cash flow, and endless stress.

Outwardly, we looked like we had it all, but inside, we were unfulfilled and on edge, fearing each new financial hurdle.

FORCING A RESET

Then, the pandemic hit. Overnight, the world seemed to change, and suddenly we were forced to face the truth we had been avoiding. We couldn’t keep running on empty, trying to sustain a life that drained us.

So, we made a radical decision: We sold everything, embraced remote work, and hit the reset button.

For the first time, we were free—from the physical constraints of an office, from the relentless pressures we’d put on ourselves, and from the chase that never seemed to end.

FINDING TRUE FULFILMENT

But our real transformation came when we applied our own growth systems—the very strategies that had been so successful for our clients—to our own business and lives.

The results were life-changing. Revenue began to flow with ease, life became simpler, and we found the harmony we had been searching for.

What started as a crisis became a turning point, revealing that true success isn’t about relentless hustle; it’s about freedom, fulfilment, and balance.
